There are the picoPSUs - http://www.mini-box.com/Power-Supplies-Kits . 
They currently range from 80 to 160W and can take peaks of a little 
higher.  I have used a picoPSU-80 for a number of years in a VIA board 
with flash media (started with CF cards, now a SSD).
