[mythtv-users] Udev rules on upgrade?

Hi folks,

This isn't to do with mythtv software but I won't be able to get my system working until I can find
out the answer, so it's not entirely off-topic.

I'm building a brand-new server since the old one is ~6 years old and the system disk has a
manufacturing date of 2001/03! Two of the four drives show errors while the other two are clean.
Time to upgrade, even if it does cost a bit.

I'm upgrading from Debian wheezy (7) and 0.27.1 to stretch (9) and 0.28.1 and I'm learning to handle
the systemd monster with a chair and whip. I have done a trial install on the new host as a clean
master backend and, other than forgetting to comment-out bind-address, it works fine with my
existing USB tuners.

Now, in the old system I had udev rules to give the tuners repeatable aliases and I'm wondering,
since udev got swallowed by the monster, if they have to be put somewhere else now... or if anything
else in that subsystem has changed.
