just spent an hour on the phone w/verizon...told the nice lady (1st level) i had 
a cablecard in a tivo (no need to give tmi;-) and she reset it numerous times, 
pull/reinsert, and while some channels would come in (but still w/ 
dropouts/noise) most still show "unable 2 play channel" msg...

she finally decided to send a new cc...stay toon;-)

hasn't changed: coax from moca -> splitter ->> vz router/hdhr
no probs w/ intarwebs;-)
