[mythtv-users] New theme: Monochrome

Hi folks...

Just wanted to tell you about a new mythtv theme I have worked on during the 
last year. It was created for mythtv 0.27, but most things should work for 
0.28 too. I just upgraded to 0.28 and plan to update the theme to the current 
mythtv version soon.
The theme is on github (https://github.com/hambre/Monochrome) and some 
screenshots can be looked at in the repo wiki (https://github.com/hambre/
Monochrome/wiki).

Please be gentle with your comments, it is my first theme after all. ;-)
