Don't have one myself, but IIRC from earlier conversations on this list, 
that isn't a usb port but an external tuning adapter port. I don't have 
any experience myself with these things (live in Canada) but you should 
be able to look up a pinout somewhere... though I'm not sure I'd be 
trying to power a fan off it myself.
