Hi Jan,
You could be right it's a long while since I compared them, things may
have changed.
When I enquired why there was such a big difference in speed I was told
it was because the sqlite version only pulls in new and updated programs
when it updates whereas the other did a full update each time. I don't
have very fast internet which probably had a big effect here.
So the first update is slow until it populates the DB but subsequent
updates are much faster.
I don't remember the details but you can tailor the lineup through the
xmltv command line interface to the grabber.
I hope this email makes it to the list quicker than my last email it
took about 5 or 6 hours last time!
