Check for any other conf files that might be in play in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/

Otherwise post the contents of your mythweb.conf and probably my.conf (obscure pw etc) and see if anyone spots something.

What does:
netstat -peanut | grep 3306

Return from a terminal on your backend?
