OK, I started writing something yesterday, but ran into a snag with
mythtranscode --inversecut which I was hoping it would simply things,
meaning you'd still need to edit the recording once (for the first episode)
and apply the cut list and the script would pick that up and split the 2
separate episodes from the one cut, however it appears the inversecut
option is not working as I would expect see the other thread I started
"mythtranscode --inversecut", I wait and see if I'm doing something
fundamentally stupid otherwise I may revert to my previous idea of cutting
the recording in half + pre/post roll perhaps with dd unless someone else
has a better plan.
