[mythtv-users] mysql wont startup - just ran backup & optimize from MCC

Yes, table_open_cache should now be used instead of table_cache.  It
works in older versions of MySQL as well, ever since the original
change was made, so anyone reading this who has not changed it should
do it now, to avoid problems when they do get an upgraded version of
MySQL installed.
