[mythtv-users] ansible on centos7 - perl failure

i've wiped my BE from fedora25 (now EOL'd) and moved to centos but am having issues with ansible at the perl stage.

keep getting the error:
["No package matching 'perl\\(ExtUtils::MakeMaker\\)' found available, installed or updated"]}

i've tried installing it via yum and re-running the playbook - no fix
i've then removed it from yum and tried via cpan - still no go.

the rest of the perl requirements seem to be ok, it's just this one. Any pointers on how to fix it?

epel-release and rpmfusion repos are installed. Unfortunately neither have 29 in their repos so i'm going to build myself from git.
