I believe they would be different, mythavtest is the equivilant to
mythfrontend whereas to record would be using the mythbackend HTTP Live
Stream recorder

do you get any errors in your mythbackend.log


Only thing I saw at a quick glance was Recorder Failed. Will SSH in to
chcheck when I can. Other HLS channels work fine.
