[mythtv-users] lose remote after upgrade to lirc-0.9.4c

I believe the default devinput.lircd.conf file has multiple remotes defined
and some of them have the same button names. Edit that file to fix but I
see the same thing and I just ignore it. It doesn't affect the usage of one
remote.
