[mythtv-users] Brand new install - Mythbackend doesn't start

mythbackend fails if actual IP -- https://pastebin.com/EKzai7z9
Here's the interesting part. IF i make the backend IP to 127.0.0.1 - it
works. Now if i go back in mythtv-setup, change it to the actual IP
and do NOT restart mythbackend, let it be - it will work. I tried
restarting backend few times. First 2 or 3 times it worked fine, then it
crashes and doesn't like the IP
