thx for the many replies and sending me the ticket link, it was really useful for the tools to use to extract the subtitles and showing the misbehaviour.

 

I am on 0.28 fixes branch, cloned/compiled it two days ago.

I don't see a problem with rewinding that subtitles are disabled. My problem occurs during normal viewing.

Hi Karl,

 

As you could read from the issue, I still hope somebody can give me a pointer how to debug the issue, speak where the subtitle code is processed.

 

Meantime you could export your recordings to mythvideo with https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Lossless_Cut

it incorporates the correct working ccextractor executable to export/merge subtitles.
