[mythtv-users] Subtitle problems with recordings

I'm still on .27 as well (Waiting for the built-in Mythweb to mature) and I recall a posting earlier in 2016 that stated that if you forward or rewind a recording, it'd turn off CC.  I have confirmed this to be the case with my recordings.

Maybe this still happens under .28?
