I just downloaded successfully from here
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/mythbuntu/releases/16.04.1/release/
Using the standard download link. 64bit version that is, didn't try 32bit
version. 

If it doesn't work for you from that site let me know exactly which version
you want and I can stick it temporarily in dropbox I guess.
