I have not made a purchase yet, so I'm studying the choices now. I can
run most of the streaming services on a Linux PC with Google Chrome
browser and a few plugins. But that's not easy for the wife. I've
exited out of Kodi on my main TV's Kodibuntu PC and tested WatchESPN,
Amazon Video, etc in Chrome and they work fine. That's why I thought
Kodi would be a good integration point. But getting these services to
run in Kodi has not worked out for some reason.

Since the Harmony Smart Control remote is so programmable, it may just
be better to use Kodi for the frontend of Mythtv and Roku/Fire TV/
Shield AndroidTV for streaming and switch between them with a Favorites
button on the remote.
