Likely this is useful for a first "is it me, or down
for everyone" question, but one should remember
that as a subscriber you can open a ticket
directly with Schedules Direct when such things
happen (one of the benefits of paying for a service
is that you get to actually expect service).

SD staff (and that usually means Robert), tend
to be able to respond reasonably quickly for
most subscriber issues.

And, sometimes, they have something on their
web pages/forum(s) when there is a known
issue they are working.
