  While I don't do OTA, I do do ClearQAM with two HDHR Duals(one 
original and the other HDHR3) and a HDHR Connect.  Without the Antronix 
amp, the signal on a 50ft line, is not great on some channels. Once I 
add the amp, all that went away.  I assume the same would be true for 
the OTA signal.
