AFAIK, they are not the same, but for OTA, the quality
may vary, as (especially) smaller market broadcasters
themselves may not have made available their own
logos.

The good(?) news is that if you can find a local OTA
which has a better (official) logo available than what
Schedules Direct currently makes available you can
open a ticket and point to that source and Schedules
Direct upstream can negotiate rights to provide it (the
negotiation part may take time)).  That will help both
you and others in your location in the long run.
