The directories for these are set up in your mythtv-setup on the
backend. There are storage directories for banners, coverart, fanart.
That is where those images are stored. If the file names include things
like tmdb3.py_284293_fanart.jpg  or ttvdb.py_73021_fanart.jpg then the
number is a reference to the movie database or the tv database

If you look in your show metadata you should see an inetref which will
give the reference number to match the file name.

You can look them up in http://thetvdb.com and https://www.themoviedb.org/
