[mythtv-users] upgrading from mythbuntu 14.04/0.27 to 0.28 vs. mythbuntu 16.04 install

Thanks for the explanation.  I'll do a test build system and run it 
awhile before I put it into production.  Seems like it's worth it for 
this change.  I have the 0.28 Mythtv update working in production now, 
so it's just a 14.04 to 16.04 change now.
