Again, totally my fault.  I should have done a full update before hand,
but didn't.  Once I got all the Jessie updates, mythtv-light got ITS
update and everything is working with the MPEG2 decoding in hardware. 
When I was just using the CPUs, after about 10 minutes I started getting
a temp warning on the screen, and that was WITH heatsinks and keeping
the side open with the GPIO header... So I am glad to do this in
hardware now.
