Have you restarted the BE or performed a "mythutil --resched",
or (as mythtv-setup reminds you to) run mythfilldatabase to
be sure that the backend is not using cached information?
After that, I would try to delete all tuners (not "on this host"),
and delete all videosources, and make sure your input
connections are correct, and, of course, running
mythfilldatabase.
