[mythtv-users] Upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04, and thus 0.27 to 0.28.

I finally made the move to 0.28 too..  Upgraded Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 and
mythbackend is working.   But, I have the same issue with mythweb, with the
same error message in my logs.     I checked my MySQL passwords, and it all
looks good.

Anyone solve this?
