Looks like the old xmltv UK grabber will be going away on the 16th of June.

I remember when, back in 2011...
The second thing to know is both Radio Times and MetaBroadcast are 
committed to the XML TV community.

Also looks like they are not supporting free, personal access, in fact 
MetaBroadcast are suggesting using Schedules Direct

Pricing

Price for access to the Atlas schedule API, including channel and 
channel group endpoints, is as follows:
Number of unique users per month (exc. VAT):
1-10: Free Trial (for up to three months)
11 to 1,000 (or for trials continuing for more than three months): £95
1,001 to 10,000: £245
10,001 to 50,000: £995

Cheapest would be £95 a month option if 1000 people would sign up.
