[mythtv-users] Install packages for Raspberry Pi Ubuntu Mate wily

i poked 60hz into mythconverg TVVidModeRefreshRate b/c the gui had it greyed 
out, but apparently it was ignored, as can be seen in the log, except @ the end, 
see xrandr error on next2last line:

but on the bright side, the video wasn't squashed:-) nevermind it's still offset 
up&left...and exiting livetv results in no gui, gotta kiil process

poking 1920x1080 into tv/GuiVidModeResolution makes it squashed, and the
TVVidModeRefreshRate of 60.0 is totally ignored, even tho desktop vid is ok:

so setting GuiSizeForTV=1 and UseVideoModes=0 results in video offset up&left, 
and no xranr errors, but exiting livetv still gives blank bluescreen (gui 
background)

oh, yeah, now the f/e is on the desktop, with mate's menubar above, statusbar 
below...
