I have provided a deb installable file for the pre-release 0.28 of
MythTV for Raspberry Pi 2 and 3.
Note: This is built off "master", not off "pre-0.28 beta".
Install using gdebi.
You can upgrade and downgrade between 0.27 and 0.28 as needed by
installing the alternative packages.
