The television listings from Schedules Direct were no longer being
automatically updated. Further manually running "mythfilldatabase
--dd-grab-all" also failed to update the TV listings.

The PVR was originally set up with one dual tuner card set to Shaw
Analog Cable TV and a second dual tuner card set to an ATSC OTA
Antenna. The set up instructions are described in [Installing
Mythbuntu 14.04.1 with MythTV 0.27][1].

Shaw cancelled analog cable TV and so the first dual tuner card was
reconfigured to use the ATSC OTA antenna.

About this time, new television listing updates failed to load into
MythTV and after about 14 days there were no more listings.

Manual runs of "mythfilldatabase --dd-grab-all" failed to populate the
listings. Further, when in the *MythTV Backend Setup* under *4. Video
Sources*, when the *Retrieve Lineups* button was activated, the *Data
Direct lineup* would become empty or blank. Previously this field
contained the ATSC OTA antenna Schedules Direct lineup. Creating a
new video source also failed list a Schedules Direct lineup in this
field. This behaviour is similar to when the username/password is

1) Change the password on Schedules Direct.

I changed it to the same as it was originally.

2) Delete the old Shaw Analog Cable TV lineup from Schedules Direct.

3) Start *MythTV Backend Setup* and create a new video source in
   *4. Video sources*.

When *Retrieve Lineups* button was activated, the *Data Direct
lineup* field was filled with the ATSC OTA antenna Schedules Direct

4) Delete old video source.

5) Use *5. Input connections* to attach video sources to the tuner
cards, and invoke a scan channel for each card.

6) Use *6. Channel Editor* to remove any channels not wanted.

7) Exit MythTV Backend Setup and choose *Yes* to run mythfilldatabase.

8) Start the *MythTV Frontend* and confirm guide data is populated.

*Information Center -> System Status* showed 14 days of guide data.

I am not sure what caused the original issue. However, the
combination of changing/resetting the Schedules Direct password,
deleting the old Shaw Analog Cable TV lineup, and creating a new video
source solved the problem.
