[mythtv-users] Any DVBSky 952 Users - 2nd Tuner Help?

I have recently upgraded from Mythbuntu 12.04/0.26 to Mythbuntu
16.04/0.28.

I think I have everything back working except the 2nd Tuner of a new DVBSky
952 v3 card is not working.  The two adapter appear in the /dev/dvb tree
but Myth refuses to tune to one of them.

I am using the drivers built into Mythbuntu 16.04 (4.4.0-22-generic).  v3
Firmware is installed and Tuner 1 off the card is working fine.

As I believe I have tried everything over the past several days any help
much appreciated.  Is this driver/kernel related or is it a duff card.
