Well, I suspect there may be a bug (but different
than you mention) in that some code presumes
some specific id values are associated with
some specific labels, and it (a) did not generate
them as such(*), and/or (b) does not look up
the ids based on the labels for the "well known"
labels rather than hard-coding the ids.  Although
the reality of those codes could mean yet a
different option would be appropriate (I am not
familiar with that code area).



(*) Even for auto-increment tables you can set
the column explicitly, and if you need something
to be set as 1, 2, 3, you should do likely do it
explicitly (or at least check your work).
