Just to add closure to this thread

The reason live TV is not working is that mythbackend is starting before the network is running. It does not see the network, so
assumes there is no network, and therefore can't access the HDHomeRun tuners.

I think this may have been the cause of many other networking issues in this thread.

Anyway, as soon as I figure out how to delay mythbackend starting until after the network is working, I should have a working
system again.
