i missed fact you are on arch like me. no need to compile yourself. in
thread i gave above, towards end you will see someone posted a pre
compiled fix. just download it and install with pacman -U and it will
replace your current qt-5. you may want exclude qt5-base from your
updates in pacman.conf for time being.
