This could just be the fact that digital tuners can do multirec. You have two physical tuners, but 
the system default is to allow two virtual tuners from each physical one.

If you want to get rid of those to avoid confusion, I think it is on the second page of tuner 
definition in mythtv-setup. However, it won't harm you and is even useful for recording back-to-back 
programs from the same channel with overlap.
