[mythtv-users] Deleted recordings in mythweb

I found the Deleted group on Frontend and there are recordings there.  
Also many deleted recordings in mythweb.   I assume I can manually 
delete them, have deleted a few, but have seen no difference in the 
mythweb report on deleted space.  My question, is why?  I am thinking a 
permissions issue.
This is one of the files in deleted group:
