[mythtv-users] VDPAU artifacts

It does it both with broadcast and transcoded content and transcoded
content from blurays. It does not do it with earlier NVIDIA drivers, and it
otherwise decodes fine, so I don't think it's a profile incompatibility
(but I can gladly provide a video for testing).
