In https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythTV_System_Events the 'Recording finished'
event and perhaps passing the %CARDID% parameter would work. Like:
/path/to/your/program "%CARDID%" and in your program look for the card in
argument 1. Could be a problem if you ever reconfigure your cards and it
gets assigned a new number.
