Comcast's online channel lineup tool is often, um,
interestingly challenged.  I believe OWN HD is
marked in some locations as only being in the
"starter" packages, and not the preferred,
preferred+, or premiere packages (which as
supposed to be various super-sets of the starter).
And I think the online tool still shows CMT
and Spike as being available in the starter
packages even though they were moved to
a higher tier and/or the sports package a
month or so ago.
