Do you have an xorg.conf file or an xorg.conf.d directory in /etc/X11
or do you run on full auto-configure?
If you do have either (if the directory is precent a file is
ignored!), look for the "Device" Section. It contains a variable
BusID like:

Section "Device"
        ...
        BusID       "PCI:1:0:0"
        ...
EndSection

This should be the pci ID as seen with lspci.
Also check your Xorg.0.log file in /var/log
