If you have it set as I describe and it still does look at the manual

So I removed the Atlas info from the HLS source and ran the cron job for
the HLS run. When I looked at the info page, it said the next suggested
automatic run was tomorrow at 1:18pm, with that time being the time I ran
the cron job manually through Webmin. So it looks like a run outside of
Myth's control still affects the time that Myth wants to run
mythfilldatabase internally.

The only problem with running the SD run through cron is, based on threads
about SD a few months ago, they really want us not using cron and instead
running at the random times they suggest in their downloads so as to
alleviate the hammering on their servers, e.g. without the randomization
too many people were choosing the same times as others to run their cron
jobs.

Perhaps I'll drop a line to Robert at SD to see if he has any suggestions.
