I don't know. Also not what you changed in Mythtv. I run them all
manually through cron and have nothing defined in MythTV.
What I think is that is needed is to leave in mythtv everything as it
was before you added the UK source. So leave mythfilldatabase to run
automatically and leave SD defined in your US source, but do NOT
define atlas in the UK source. Set that source as not using anything.
The automatic run then won't bother with it and as I think should not
look at the time it was run outside mythtv.
If you have it set as I describe and it still does look at the manual
atlas run, the only thing I can think of is to also bring the SD run
to cron and disable the automatic run. Leave it however defined in the
source, so you can do a simple single command run in cron.
