Yes.
It will appear as two tuners ("cards" in MythTV parlance), you simply connect your input to just one card and leave the other unconnected (or connect a separate input to it and don't scan for channels on it).
Then when you get your second LNB connection, you can connect the one input to both cards and they'll use the same channel and listings information.
