[mythtv-users] channel 4 partially broken

My channel 4 (4.1) is only accessible from CHANNELUP, CHANELDOWNDOWN, 
and PREVCHAN.  Typing in the channel number on a keyboard or the remote 
control keypad doesn't work.  It doesn't matter if I type in 4 or 41, 
the number appears on the screen but nothing happens - the channel 
doesn't change.  Pressing Enter after the number entry does nothing as 
well.  I have 38 other channels that all work fine.  It's just channel 4 
that doesn't.  Any ideas?
