This may not be the most effective method, but I've used it in the past.

Move your video files to a different path.  Scan the empty videos
directory.  Move them back.  Scan again.  This works.

Possibly in your case, just moving the affected directory of files out of
the videos path and scanning, then moving back and scanning them again may
work.

Myth caches all the metadata in your other storage groups, so it should not
take a terribly long time to scan them all over again if you have to.
