Try:
apt-cache policy nvidia-304

If there's a non-132 version, try installing that?   If there isn't,
then you may have to go searching for them.    I can't vouch for them,
nor do I know whether they work with 12.04, but somebody had pointed out
that old packages (including the working .131 version) are here:
