[mythtv-users] Retina Mac frontend playing in 1/4 of the screen?

OK, just sthip that machine to me and I’ll test it out for you.  Shouldn’t take more than, oh, 4 or 5 years!  ;)

Or go into Settings > Video > Playback and check:

9/10 - change the ‘Scale video as necessary’ toggle to on and/or off.
2/10 - perhaps play with the Vertical / Horizontal scaling factors.
