There are a couple of issues with the current API, and
clearing/setting some fields to blanks not working (and
requiring one to explicitly provide some other fields even
if one is not changing them is another, and having no
way to create dtv_multiplex is yet another).

I have not even really started trying to form my thinking
about the discussion that will be needed when talking
to the devs about such changes.  But I will try to
remember this one (and the others).
