[mythtv-users] 0.28 and Nvidia ION

I found the VDPAU page <https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/VDPAU> from the Wiki.
Still mostly good information despite the page last being updated in 2014.
Disabled compositing and added filter "vdpaubuffersize=32" and it's much
better.
