[mythtv-users] Troubleshooting MythWeb / MythWeb Upcoming Recordings broken

Running the latest mythtv 0.28 w/updates on Ubuntu 16.04.1.  MythWeb was
working fine for months, but a few weeks ago Upcoming Recordings stopped
displaying any upcoming recordings (myth is working fine and mythtv-status
shows the correct upcoming recordings).  I like to troubleshoot as far as I
can myself before I post a question, but I'm not sure where to look next.
There doesn't seem to be any mythweb.log file to look at.  Where should I
look next?
