Seemingly, there is something wrong with your configuration file since it worked previously.  Please give that a look and ensure all string variables are terminated correctly, etc.

Also, just for a trial, you commenting out the offending line.  I found this from your errors and google:

Simple fix is to remove variable `table_cache` from mysql configuration template when version is 5.6+.

If your version is 5.6 or greater.

Maybe try to find a default configuration file and replace yours, marking yours as .old and seeing if it launches, then apply your changes (carefully) again to the new file and ensuring it always restarts after each change.
